General Conditions and User Agreement
The website IMINNING.CL is of exclusive property of this, the access of this site is free of charge and is only conditioned to the agreement and the fulfillment of these Terms and Conditions in case the purchase of the material is done. IMMINING offers this site to the public, including all the technical information of their products. Any purchase or transaction that comes through as remote will not be subject to rejection of the right from the client or customer, in conformity with the 3ª article, letter b, Law Nº 19496 of the current Chilean Legislation. In these cases, the company will not be subject to or accept changing the product owing to not complying with the personal expectations of the customer, or not being of the like of the client, once purchased. Product returns will not be admitted, only if there are signs of manufacturing defects products will be changed for an identical one, in accordance with its warranty.

The products described by IMINNING are uniquely offered for the national territory of the Republic of Chile (República de Chile in its original name). The material in this site is foreseen exclusively for referential information or general information, and the site or pictures should not be trusted as they represent referential data, nor should this site be used as decision-making resources without consulting or requesting, first above all, precise and timely-fashioned information owing any question. Any dependencies in the matter of this site are under your own risk. This site might contain certain historical information, which is not necessarily updated and is provided for your reference only. We reserve our right to modify the contents of this site anytime, yet we are not obliged to update any data in our site.
Price and Service Modifications
The prices of our products are subject to dollar price variation.
We reserve our right to modify or discontinue a product (or any part of the content) anytime and without previous notice.
Products
We are not compelled to limit the purchase of our products to any client, geographical region or jurisdiction. We can serve this right based upon every case. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of the products we offer. Every product description is subject to change anytime without prior notice, to our only discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, any time.
Failures that DON’T file application for warranty and/or general exclusions
In general, by accepting the present purchase conditions, it does not cover the damage provoked to the product by an attributable fact to the consumer; such as, inappropriate installation, unauthorized repair by neglect, mistreatment, wrong use or abuse, damage derived after the purchase, lack of knowledge and/or disobedience to the recommended instructions of use and installation recommended by your sales representative. In case the product has been damaged without the responsibility of IMINNING, it will not be changed by an equal one. Without limiting the foregoing, in case there is an insistence of change from the client, the product will go through an assessment of quality, where it will be determined whether it is apt for change or not. Likewise, the company is never covering damage produced by theft, vandalism, earthquake, fire, and any greater force or fortuitous event situation.
Policy of Purchase
IMINNING offers the chance to get a quote through its telephone central, calling +56228692888. For these purposes, the client will be asked for personal information to have a file created in the system. Then, a representative will check the existence of the product stock and if the client agrees with the value, the quote will be sent to the email of the client for assessment and to make the payment to continue with the management of delivery.
The validation of the purchase will consist of a check of the following items: (a) Funds availability in the IMINNING checking account and/or entity validation that corresponds depending on the payment type used by the client. (b) Verification of personal supplied data provided by the client to IMINNING.
As a protection measure to security, IMINNING could leave with no effect the purchase in the following cases:
1.- If the client proceeded with a checking account and has debt in our system.
2.- If there is a down payment of 50% and at the date of the wire transfer shows with ‘DICOM’ (similar to the debt-tracing system of Equifax).
3.- If the customer is disrespectful to their sales representative or any member of the organization.
Payment Type
Purchase with home address delivery or warehouse pick-up. The following payment types are admitted. IMINNING will be able to modify the information provided in the website www.iminning.cl, referred to the products, anytime and without prior notice, until an acceptance of the client is received. This takes effect without any prejudice of offers to which a deadline and/or determined stock, in which case IMINNING will comply with the offered conditions.
Banking debit cards accepting the Web Pay system, issued in Chile by National Banks. The payments performed through this means are not considered as cash, but they could originate a special discount for which we would be grateful if you consulted for each product at the moment of purchase.
Banking credit cards. Cards issued in Chile by national banks. Purchases with international cards are not admitted to any of our payment types.
Electronic wire transfer or checking account deposit. Electronic wire transfer or deposit to the checking account of IMINNING informed at the moment of sending the payment details to administracion@iminning.cl and creditoycobranza@iminning.cl. Timely sending the payment details is of the exclusive responsibility of the client. Once the funds are available in the checking account of IMINNING, a confirmation will be sent to the email with the details of the associated Order to a Number, which will serve for tracking the delivery or pick-up of your material.
Direct purchase in our sales room. IMINNING offers the chance to pay directly in-office the same day the product is picked-up with cash, debit and credit cards.
Information about banking cards and/or others.
IMINNING is affiliated to Transbank and Web Pay, which watches the security in the credit card processings. To know more about the Transbank and Web Pay service, please refer to their official website.
The aspects related to the accepted, functioning cards are subject to the existing contract among the client and the issuing entity and this and Transbank and Web Pay, without Iminning being liable for any relationship in the pointed aspects in such contracts. Iminning can only validate charges previously authorized by Transbank and Web Pay.
Handing Over & Delivery of Products
The way in which the products are handed over will vary depending the choice of the client:
Once performed the payment there is a deadline of 48 hours from Logistics to approve the pick up of the material. Each driver must present themselves with their safety gear and confirm their personal information through a National Identification Card or an identification card from the company they represent. The working hours for pick ups are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, without a chance to retrieve the material during the staff lunch time, from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
If the chosen option is address delivery (Address delivery stands for shipment of the product(s) to the address indicated by the client at the time of purchase). The delivery is from Monday to Friday at the time coordinated with the client, except for the weekends and holiday according to the points outlined in the letter. The turnaround for delivery of product is between 24 to 72 working day hours.
Warranty
New ProductsEvery new product counts with legal warranty (the first three months) and, eventually, with manufacturer’s warranty and extended depending on indication and/or with contract to each product in conformity with the following regulations:
Legal Warranty in conformity to the disposition of Consumer Laws, all new product counts with legal warranty which rules for the first three months since the reception of this and proceeds only in cases of manufacturing faults or when the product does not comply with the offered characteristics. If that were the case, this will operate in the terms contemplated in the law.
It will proceed to perform any kind of warranty, previously diagnosed by the Department of Quality, in which the result of the assessment establishes that the faulty item is covered in conformity to the Consumer’s Law. For instance, and without detriment to the foreseen in every policy or law, never will be covered attributable faults to physical damage or chargeable to the action or wrong use of the client.
The legal warranty period is counted from the start purchase date. The previous, unless the delivery is carried out in separate times and in such cases it is counted from the date of the reception of the product.
Expenses or costs of delivery that the client incurs to make a warranty effective will come as their own. In case the legal warranty (3-month time) from a product purchased and effective present in a failure covered by warranty, determined by the Department of Quality authorized, in which case will be covered only the derived cost from carrying the product inside the national territory. Any other expenses or costs that the client incurs to make a warranty effective will be of their own (emerging damage, loss of earning potential, or others).
Spare ProductsIminning does not offer nor will it be obliged to provide the customer with spare or replacement products while a product is diagnosed for warranty. Likewise, it will not be proceeded to perform any product changes without possessing previously a briefing document from the Authorized Department of Quality that diagnoses the origin of the product failure, proceeding only to the change in case it is not possible for a repair for defect or manufacturing failure.
Changes & Returns
Whether the bought product presents failures or it does not counts with the technical characteristics informed, this can be changed within 10 days after the date it has been received, previously revised by the Department of Quality, so that the reason of failure can be verified, being these by incorrect use of product or flaws in the confection of its manufacture.
No returns are accepted unless previously informing your sales associate to study the case.
In case a money return of the company will agree to a payment-return in the payment media that had been used in a period no longer than 72 hours from the acceptance of the return, a situation that will be informed through a registered email.
To make changes for mistakes in diameters, length of tubing or types of tubing, contact as soon as possible your sales associate in charge.
